We are currently hiring Junior and Senior Audio Visual Specialists from Boston to Miami.

Core Responsibilities

• Candidate will possess AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room and event technology (Crestron, Controllers, Digital Signal Processors, ).
• Candidate will have a working knowledge of Crestron Fusion systems.
• Execute Preventative Maintenance room sweeps/checks each day when not supporting end users.
• As part of AV system checks, test each individual piece of equipment to ensure that everything is set to factory specifications in order to obtain optimum performance.
• Report and escalate any system problem that are found during AV system checks.
• Manage any AV system issue escalations with 3^rd party service vendors or internal teams.
• Perform AV triage and maintenance (replacing bad HDMI cables, dongles, ) as needed.
• Assist with the trouble shooting and maintenance of the various AV control systems including firmware and control code updates.
• Manage scheduled meetings and provide on-site AV & Video conferencing production & operations end user presentation support upon
• Review schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is .
• Provide regular and consistent coordination and follow up with Office Services and Communications Department and/or individual clients with regards to all scheduled meeting
• Provide staff training for new users on existing systems.
• Manage content servers and digital media distribution.
