Job Summary:
- We are looking for an Audiologist who is interested in not only relocating to the beautiful small town of Pagosa Springs, CO, but is also interested in buying a small practice and continuing their growth! Opportunity for a 3-day work week (if desired), being able to enjoy a part time lifestyle, while making a full-time salary. Pagosa Springs known for the beautiful outdoor life such as hiking, biking and only a 30-minute drive to the mountains for skiing!
- We are also looking for an Audiologist who is interested in relocating to the amazing art town of Albuquerque, NM. Come join a practice that has been providing exceptional care since 1998, enjoying the blue skies and sunshine! This amazing city is a place to enjoy outdoor festivals, concerts, sporting events and more!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Provide counseling and aural rehabilitation to patients and their families.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in audiology through ongoing education.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution, OR Licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Active State licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with audiological equipment and software.
