Position Description:
As an Audiologist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of individuals with hearing impairments through outstanding audiological care. This family-run practice is dedicated to core values focused on patient experience and exceptional care, bolstered by a synergistic and nurturing team.
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough audiological evaluations and assessments
• Provide specialized advice on the prevention and management of hearing loss
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, assistive devices, and related accessories
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Keep meticulous patient records and documentation
Attributes:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications/Skills:
• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
• Current MD state licensure as an Audiologist or ability to obtain this
• Proficiency in audiological assessment equipment and software
