Position Description:
Global Talent Partners have partnered with highly respected practice who are seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join their practice in Seattle, Washington, with the ability/willingness to travel within a reasonable distance. As an Audiologist, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments by delivering exceptional audiological care. The practice is well established, with core values centred around patient experience and exceptional care delivered by a collaborative, supportive and dedicated staff members.
Position Overview:
As an Audiologist, you will play a pivotal role in conducting client evaluations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and promoting our commitment to excellence. Your technical audiology skills, combined with a genuine concern for serving others, will contribute to the success and growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive client evaluations, including hearing evaluations and testing.
•Provide clients with a clear understanding of evaluation results, care options, and expected outcomes.
•Perform conformity fittings and educate clients on product and accessory usage.
•Ensure the highest standard of patient care through appropriate aftercare services.
•Provide clinical reporting to office management to assure effectiveness and ongoing care.
•Secure repeat and referral business through the utilization of our patient referral program and positive online reviews.
•Increase visibility through physician and community relations.
Qualifications:
•Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred.
•Licensure to practice in Washington, or the ability to obtain.
•Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
•Full or part-time hours available.
