About the Job
A privately-owned Otolaryngology practice in the area of Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to add to our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2013and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.
The Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages (HIS would treat the adult population), fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist will provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss. The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- To ensure success candidates should also possess the following
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active MN Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
