Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to conduct audit engagements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and completion of audit projects, including risk assessment and testing procedures.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
- Engage in client interactions, gaining insights into their operations and contributing to effective communication.
- Assist in identifying and addressing financial and operational issues, providing valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of audit documentation, work papers, and reports for management and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging best practices in audit and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Pursuing or having obtained a CPA license is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with audit standards and regulations is preferred.
- Prior experience in audit or accounting is a plus.
