We're looking to add a Senior Audit Manager(s) hybrid remote roles. We have offices in Walnut Creek, CA, Reno, NV and we just opened a new location last week in New York City (Rockefeller Center). These are full time, direct hire positions, where you can work from home up to 3 days per week. For the right candidate, we would allow you to work even more days from home.

Audit Manager:
- Take full responsibility for client engagements, including thorough engagement reviews, scheduling, staffing, timing, and resolving technical issues as needed.
- Ensure successful completion of engagements by proactively identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal oversight.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor Staff and Senior accountants, fostering their professional development, providing technical guidance, and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and manage ongoing performance.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new client opportunities.

Job Details
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
- CPA license
- Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
