Audit Manager/Supervisor - Gpac

A nationally recognized CPA firm is looking to grow their Audit team! In this role, you will be required to oversee and manage the audit staff, lead engagements, and review staff work.

To ensure success as an audit manager, you should display advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures and display excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-class audit manager should have management experience in overseeing an audit staff and ensuring that all financial audits are completed with speed and accuracy

Audit Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the auditing team in their daily functions.
• Preparing and managing audit budgets.
• Verifying company financial information.
• Planning and performing company financial audits.
• Preparing audit reports and statements for management to deliver to clients.
• Resolving client audit queries efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with state and company best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• CPA license
• 3+ years working as an Audit Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures.
• Familiarity with state financial laws.
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Familiarity with accounting and office software.
