AUDIT SENIOR

• We have three local firms who are actively seeking an Audit Senior Associate to serve on a variety of audit engagement teams. The Audit Senior Associate must be able to handle more complex assignments than the Associate, begin to learn the complete process of managing all tasks regarding audit client work and take a lead role in developing/reviewing the work of less experienced staff. The Senior Associate is the bridge between the staff, who are executing the client-service-related tasks, and the management, who are strategizing and overseeing the successful completion of efficient engagement activity and top-quality client service. Each of these firms has training programs that offer a diversified experience in public accounting and provide their employees with opportunities to grow, develop, and advance without having to put in 60 to 70 hrs work weeks during season.

• AUDIT MANAGER

  • Efficient management of fellow assurance team members primarily on financial statement audits, from planning the engagement, coordinating with clients, timely review of team members' work, and timely reviews of team members' engagement performance
  • Effective and timely communication with Senior Managers and Partners
  • Willingness to participate in Firm activities that contribute to the community through philanthropic efforts
  • Helping recruit for future staff hires
  • Coaching and developing fellow staff members, including interns and senior associates

• Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting

  • CPA or Eligible  4+ years of experience in public accounting
