We are seeking mutiple dynamic and seasoned Auditors to join our fast-paced Finance team. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Auditor with the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidates will have a solid foundation in non-profit, government, and corporate audits, financial reporting, and external auditing. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is a problem-solver, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the audit department, ensuring all audits are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
• Review and approve audit work papers and financial statements to ensure they meet all regulatory and accounting standards.
• Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with the Audit Director to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on non-profit, government, and corporate audits.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and external auditing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in using auditing software and other related technology.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
