We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Audit Senior to join our fast-paced Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with current financial legislation and standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, a CPA qualification, experience in 1095C Audit, and financial reporting.

1. Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards.
2. Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to mitigate identified risks.
4. Perform testing of financial records and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, offering recommendations for improving internal controls and financial processes.
6. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback.
7. Stay updated on current financial legislation and standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve financial reporting.
9. Participate in special projects and company-wide initiatives as needed.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing.
4. Proven experience with 1095C Audit and financial reporting.
5. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
6. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
10. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
13. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
