Audit Senior - Tandym

A public accounting firm in New York City is actively seeking Japanese-speaking Auditor for a great Senior-level opportunity with their team. In this role, the Senior Auditor will be responsible for leading client audit and assurance engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze client data to prepare or assist clients
• Perform audits of internal control over financial reporting,
• Prepare and provide reports requested by client's parent-company auditors
• Supervise, train, and mentor Audit Associates and interns on audit processes and procedures
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues
• Interact with key client's management to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions for business and process improvement strategies
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Audit experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Bilingual (English and Japanese)
• Knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS/SAARS
• Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to multitask
