Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Senior to join our team. The Audit Senior will be responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, supervising audit staff, and ensuring that audits are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse client base, including individuals, families, privately held businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
- Conduct detailed audit procedures to verify financial information and assess internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, ensuring quality and accuracy in their work.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Stay current on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in improving audit policies and procedures for greater efficiency.
- Participate in business development activities and client proposals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
