- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to identify and resolve technical or client service issues
- Exhibit strong project management skills
- Mentor, train and manage staff
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
