We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Intervention Implementer (BII) to join our team in supporting the Manhattan Beach Unified School District for the 2024-2025 school year. The BII will provide 1:1 care and classroom support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, including adult transition students. Key responsibilities include assisting students with behavioral needs, implementing individualized support plans, and helping with toileting support at elementary and middle school levels.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required; additional college coursework in Child Development, Education, or Social Work preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with school-age students with behavioral needs in an educational or organizational setting.
- Pre-K through 12th grade and adult transition students.
- Support students with diverse behavioral needs in both classroom and independent settings.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with school-aged students with behavioral needs in an organizational or learning environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; college coursework in Child Development, Education, or Social Work is a plus.
- Certifications: ABA training or related Behavioral Intervention Implementer (BII) certificates are preferred.
- All candidates must be committed to their responsibilities and be reliable as the students need them to support their attendance in school.
- Candidates should be comfortable with assisting in toileting and personal care duties.
- All candidates will be provided with training before the start of the assignment.
