Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:

• Respond to Internet customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales
• Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Respond to email inquiries in an expeditious, professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email
• Stay in contact with consultants through cooperative actions and connect customers proactively

• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
