Kia of East Hartford is hiring now for a BDC / Internet Sales Representative for our Business Development Center. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for applicants with automotive BDC experience, or for someone with customer service/telephone contact experience.

Responsibilities - BDC / Internet Sales Representative:

• Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc., schedule several appointments/day for potential customers and schedule appointments for Product Specialists to finalize the sale, and more.
• Call and email new inquiries promptly
• Follow up on internet sales leads
• Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied 
• Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System
• Other duties may be assigned.
  
  

Requirements - BDC / Internet Sales Representative: 

• Sales experience preferred
• Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills
• Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred
• Auto dealership experience is a plus
• Must have good computer skills
• A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed!
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
