Job Overview:
• Manage and adjust non-attorney involved soft tissue injury and auto physical damage claims.
• Handle complex claims, such as multi-vehicle and total loss situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate settlements while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate loss details, assess liability, and negotiate claim settlements.
• Manage soft tissue injury, 1st party medical claims, and complex auto damage claims.
• Identify coverage, document findings, and provide updates to members.
Skills Required:
• 1+ year injury or auto liability adjusting experience.
• Strong knowledge of auto claim contracts, case law, and regulations.
• Adjuster license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
Additional Qualifications:
• 2+ years in auto liability/casualty adjusting.
• Medical experience or background in medical coding and billing.
