Full Time Pay: $70K-90k annually based on experience + benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Identify and call on prospective customers within assigned territory (e.g., warm calls, in person, etc.), developing and applying strategy as necessary to obtain sales.
• Service existing accounts and maintain contact with customers in relation to their needs via phone calls, email and text.  Connect customers to other internal departments as needed (e.g., finance, service, insurance, etc.).
• Estimate repairs by evaluating body damage, developing estimates, and preparing work orders.
• Thoroughly document repair process.
• Communicate repair needs to customers and explain timelines and estimates.
• Communicate customer expectations to shop and update customers on repairs in process. Follow up after repairs are complete, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other internal departments, insurance adjusters, and customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay up-to-date with customer needs, local market trends, business growth opportunities and education / training.

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of body repair methods and industry standards
• Proficient with computer programs (e.g., CCC One, All Data, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to source business and achieve sales goals
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience working in body shop/collision center
• Relevant vocational training and/or education is a plus (e.g., I-Car, ASE Certification)
