Position Overview: 

As a Production Manager/Estimator, you will oversee daily operations, manage repair schedules, and ensure that estimates are accurate and competitive. Your role will involve coordinating with our skilled technicians, managing workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for auto body repairs. 

• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs. 

• Coordinate with technicians, customers, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth operations. 

• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for repairs and customer service. 

• Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies. 

• Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures. 

• Provide leadership and training to staff members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto body repair and estimating. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 

• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and techniques. 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

• Familiarity with I-CAR training and certifications is a plus.
