Riverside Auto Group, a well-established automotive dealership, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Professionals to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, implementing effective sales processes, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of automotive sales processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Valid driver's license
