Service Manager Requirements

• Must have 5 years of Ford Experience
• Automotive Service Manager or Service Drive Manager Experience; leading at least 5 advisors
• Process Driving Manager
• Proven Ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain advisors
• High Energy Leader who builds strong teams
• A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
• Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver's License
• Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems

Service Manager Physical Demands

• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
