Service Manager Requirements
- Must have 5 years of Ford Experience
- Automotive Service Manager or Service Drive Manager Experience; leading at least 5 advisors
- Process Driving Manager
- Proven Ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain advisors
- High Energy Leader who builds strong teams
- A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
- Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver's License
- Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems
Service Manager Physical Demands
- Sit or stand for long periods of time
- Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
