A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO GENERAL MANAGER - GM

As an Auto General Manager - GM, you maintain our operations, help customers, and oversee the team. You greet every customer who enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect. Simply and clearly, you present the best solution for car repairs and handle any other questions or concerns they may have. You also consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty or integrity. Managing around 8 - 10 employees, you oversee the store's workflow in an effective manner. Your leadership inspires hard work, positive attitudes, an open space for communication, and great working relationships. You enjoy helping your team and seeing the business thrive!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
• Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation
• Experience with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting (ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting)
• Leadership skills
