Job Title: Master Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair drivability, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians to enhance team performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
