A Southern NH import auto dealership is seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist counter customers in purchasing auto parts, obtain/distribute parts for repair technicians, stock parts into inventory and more. Responsibilities - Auto Parts Counter Person:
- Assist counter customers in purchasing auto parts, obtain parts for repair technicians, stock parts into inventory, and more.
- Answer questions about parts, price, availability, etc.
- Utilize the phone and internet to find the best prices for parts
- Receive parts from Toyota and other sources
- Stock parts into inventory and maintain correct inventory with regular bin checks
- Bill out parts on RO's or counter invoices
- Dispense billed out parts
- Post lost sales
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Assist with maintaining tech supplies
- Assist with promoting parts sales
- Assist with shipping/receiving
- Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications - Auto Parts Counter Person:
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A strong work ethic and good organizational skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
