ABOUT THIS ROLE

In this full-time position, you will be on-call from 7 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that our parts department runs smoothly and efficiently to meet customer needs. As the Auto Parts Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department while ensuring outstanding customer service. You will manage inventory and keep everything organized to facilitate quick access to the parts our customers need. Leading a dedicated team, you will provide mentorship and support while ensuring that all department employees perform at their best. Your dealership experience will allow you to handle any challenges that arise, fostering an environment focused on efficiency and satisfaction.
