About the Job
This candidate will manage schedules for all staff. Establish and maintain a relationship with each employee to help monitor morale, solve problems, and improve teamwork. Work with our existing parts team in answering incoming phone calls, processing orders and assisting customers. The preferred candidate would have at least 1yr of previous experience in the auto parts field. Able to use a computer and process cash, check and credit card transactions. You will need to able to work on your feet for your entire shift. Able to speak clearly and follow directions. Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and remember their sequencing. Demonstrate a pleasant and helpful personality and work as a team player.
