THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS OUR AUTO REPAIR SERVICE ADVISOR:

This position works full-time hours from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

As a key player in our customer service team, you will make a significant impact every day. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assessing vehicle damage, and providing accurate repair estimates. Collaborating closely with our technicians and support staff, you will ensure a seamless repair process from start to finish. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you interact with clients both in person and over the phone, delivering a world-class experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in inventory management, ensuring we have all the necessary parts for each job. Your hard work will be a driving force behind our continued success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

• 5+ years of estimating or service writing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Customer service skills
