Automotive Sales Associate Duties

A lot has changed in the last few years and so has the way we interact with our customers and sell cars. If you have new or used car sales experience and can navigate the online world as well as in-person sales, we may be the perfect fit for you. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensure that they find the vehicle that is right for them.

Your specific duties will include:

• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a vehicle, both in-person and online
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers
• Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
• Conducting price negotiations on vehicles
• Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
