Selectek has an immediate need to hire an AutoCAD Drafter for a temp-to-perm position near Canton, Georgia.
Job Details
Candidates will create aluminum extrusion and sheet metal designs in AutoCAD. This firm specializes in engineering and manufacturing canopies, awnings, and patio covers for quick-service restaurants and commercial chain stores. These designs will include production drawings (detail and assembly), parts lists, and bills of material that coordinate with the inventory and fabrication departments.
Required
3+ years of design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of fabrication and shop drawings
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Compensation
$22.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience, before permanent conversion.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:00p. A hybrid work-from-home schedule is possible once candidates have a grasp on the types of design projects which are this company's focus.
