AutoCAD Drafter - Selectek, Inc.

Do you have a knack for translating electrical designs into clear, concise AutoCAD drawings?

Selectek is looking for a talented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team for a 3 to 6-month contract (potential option to hire) in Oshkosh, WI. You'll be working with an established Electric Solutions Company, using your skills to create electrical power and lighting plans for commercial and industrial projects.

Please note: U.S. authorization to work is required.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with project managers and designers to develop accurate electrical drawing packages.
• This includes creating detailed drawings for legends, one-line diagrams, lighting layouts, power distribution, equipment placement, telecommunications systems, security systems, fire alarms, wiring schematics, and more!
• Utilize AutoCAD software to professionally draft these plans.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work to ensure project success.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of design and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus points if:

• You have prior experience in the electrical field.
