About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify test requirements and design test cases.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for test optimization and contribute to test strategy improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation of test plans, test strategy, and test documentation.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automated software testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
