Essential Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience in Java & JavaScript, XML & XSLT
- Experience with REST/SOAP Webservices, MQ, File, SFTP, JMS integrations
- Understanding of Automation concepts & knowledge in a BPM tool (such as Pegasystems, IBM BPM, Appian) is a plus.
- Excellent programming skills using high-level languages (e.g. Java, Javascript or C++)
- Experience with IBM BPM coach view framework is a plus
- Strong background in web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS and JavaScript)
- Experience with at least one of the JavaScript-based frameworks or libraries (e.g. JQuery, Dojo or ExtJS).
- Experience implementing integrations across enterprise/business systems.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server) with solid command on SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Develop business process applications using IBM BPM version 8.5 or higher.
- Develop robotic process automation using Automation Anywhere version 11.3 or higher.
- Develop chatbot using Yellow Messenger
- Develop collaboration & mobility solutions using Microsoft 365 solutions
- Design and Implement integrations with different enterprise/business systems.
- Design and Implement user interface using human services and coach views and by implementing custom components when needed.
- Develop business process diagrams in process designer.
- Assist project teams with all phases of SDLC.
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of Automation applications in production.
- Follow best practices within the Automation group.

- Knowledge of Oilfield terminology and business practices
