Job Overview

The Sr. Automation Engineer will lead multiple projects focused on modifying and upgrading existing equipment as well as implementing new features on both existing and new equipment. This role involves writing and deciphering code and requires advanced proficiency in PLC, HMI, and vision systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in PLC, HMI, and controls diagnostics and programming.
  • Experience with vision systems.
  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO standards.

Pluses

• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Master's Degree in Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for modifications and upgrades to existing equipment.
• Implement new features on existing and new equipment.
• Write and decipher control code for PLCs and HMI screens.
• Work independently and collaboratively with teams on automation projects.
