Job Description
Assignments typically include evaluation of requirements, and implementation
of automated workflows to meet business requirements. Interfaces with all
areas affected by the project including customer, computer services, and
client services. Analyzes business and technical automation processes to
formulate and develop new and modified business automation processes and
processing systems. Represents the technology unit to define requirements and
business cases for the automation technology developments and process
improvements. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining
business requirements and system requirements, such as program functions,
output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and
controls
Essential Functions
Automation: Design, develop, test, and integrate multiple solutions to
build robust and scalable automations.
Process Analysis and Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document
business, user and solution requirements, as required by the project.
Analyze and document current and future state processes.
Process Improvement: Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate
and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Produce
technical content and materials for internal and external users of custom
processes.
Process Evaluation: Participates in the evaluation of new business processes
relative to their domain(s). Proposes technology to be used/ supported
through technical, business and cost analysis. Define and evaluate
automation and visual technologies to support key business processes.
Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and
procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Networks, Software
Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similarly relevant
field
1+ years' IT process automation or similar experience
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a
relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a
bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could
be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting
work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work
experien
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Works with business partners to identify opportunities to streamline business
processes using technology.
Skill in conducting cost benefit analysis.
Perform analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs of the general
business environment.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with
specific ability to translate detailed technical details to a non-technical
aud
