Description:
The Application Solutions and Engineering team is looking for a CD/ IaC Automation/Engineer. This person will be creating Automation for deployment engineers to use. Candidate should have experience creating automation for others along with creating the corresponding user guide.

Position Summary:
• Create Ansible Playbooks to automate CD deployment of various Archetypes.
• Deliver Zero touch end to end server build automation through Terraform and Ansible for enterprise standard Tech Stacks
• Create, automate, package, document, and test the automated Continuous Deployment (CD) process
• Automate Infrastructure products, and work with the project teams to ensure the solution meets the business needs
• Automate repeated operational tasks through reusable standard Ansible galaxy roles and playbooks
• Provide onboarding support, troubleshooting issues and provide resolution for applications adopting the standard automation
• Provide 3rd level support during weekend and off hours for production environment issues, release support, incident troubleshooting, analysis and resolution beyond 1st, 2nd level Ansible/Terraform CD/IaC automation support
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Ansible and Terraform automation development experience
• Strong Knowledge of GIT (and repo) source control and Artifactory
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) automation and CI/CD toolchain
• 5 + years of Linux Engineering / Administration / Scripting (Bash, Python) / Automation& Packaging experience
• 2+ years experience using CI/CD pipeline to deliver infrastructure as code
• Good understanding of object oriented principals, system design and diagraming, data structures and algorithms
• Experience with middleware products like IIS, webSphere, webLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, etc..
• Experience with product release cycle and release management
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Ansible
• Extensive enterprise level experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and enterprise experience
• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
