About the Job
- Equipment Development: Support design reviews, debugging, acceptance, and validation activities for manufacturing equipment being developed by external suppliers.
- Equipment Transfers: Assist with decommissioning equipment at the Keene site and recommissioning at the Southington, CT site.
- Production Support: Provide ongoing support to Keene operations and troubleshooting as needed.
- Validation Support: Work on Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Test Method Validation (TMV) activities.
- Primary Work Location: Keene, NH, with occasional travel to Ontario, Canada, and Southington, CT.
- Project Scope:
- High-speed automation line from a supplier in Canada.
- Industrial batch washing/siliconization system from Italy.
- Transfer of ~15 high-output automation assembly lines from Keene to Southington.
- Experience: 4+ years in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Automation Control Systems: Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMI, Servos, and Robots.
- Validation Expertise: Proficiency in IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV processes.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with automation equipment and standard MS Office tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
