Job Description
- Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and above.
- Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (User Management, Configuration and Deployment).
- Incident management; troubleshooting and resolving user requests and problems for Dynamics AX as well as initial triage
- Design, Develop, Test and monitor plans for AX security implementation.
- Develop, Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain AX environments (Production and lower environments)
- Deploy AX code changes to Development, Test and Production environments
- Monitor AX Environment and respond to alerts or incidents
- Manage and coordinate activities in support of availability, performance, efficiency, change management, emergency response and capacity planning for AX system.
- Drive automation of AX and supporting environments
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
