- Around 10 years of experience in System Analysis, Design, Development, and Operational Support on various platforms
- At least 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure engineering & automations.
- At least 5+years of experience in any Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning tools For ex: IpSoft, Ayehu, Arago, Alexa & Resolver etc...
- At least 5+years of experience in Architect & Develop Intelligent Chat bots & Voice bots using AI technologies like IPSoft Amelia, Dialogflow (API.AI), LUIS, MSBot Framework, Alexa Skill, Lex and Oracle Intelligent Bots.
- At least 3+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring using various tools for ex: AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Orion, HPOV, Tripwire, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Cloudflare, Snmp etc..
- At least 3+years of experience in providing Bot first solutions by bot handling all the initial communication and transfer to relevant agent in Contact Center solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications: (Most important to least) *These skills will be nice to have; Willing to train.
- Experience in algorithm development, prototype system development and prototype software implementation
- Mathematically minded with experience in manipulating high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends with machine learning techniques
- Strong software development skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby and Shell Scripting under Linux environments with a proven ability to deliver high quality software coding on time
- Experience in L1 Operations runbook Automation is added advantage
- Effective verbal/written communication along with strong interpersonal skills. Team player
- Development of automation workflows for L1 Operations Run book.
- Development of DR & FOS workflows for L1 Operations Run book.
- Development of Chat bots & Voice bots using AI & NLP for L1 Operations & LOBs.
- Administration & Support for automation infrastructure.
- Development of automation portals.
- Development of Cookbooks & Recipes for Event correlations & aggregations.
- Working independently to contribute to a large team delivering Event Monitoring, AI & Client solutions to the meet the needs of executivemanagement as well as the general employee population.
