Key requirements:
- 3+ years Automation Testing experience.
- Java and Scripting experience.
- Knowledge/experience with JUnit and JMeter.
- Experience with Open Source tools strongly preferred.
- Custom automation framework development experience, versus just using the libraries involved in already built frameworks
- Bachelor's (BSc) in engineering, computer science, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a software automation engineer with experience in multiple development languages and platforms delivering multiple commercially deployed products to market.
- Proven working experience Java development and object oriented design.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium/Appium, Telerik Test Studio, Microfocus Silk.
- Knowledge of AJAX, HTTP, REST, XML, JSON and SQL technologies.
- Experience coding and/or scripting of Python, JavaScript, Perl or Bash programs.
- Experience with testing in an agile workflow utilizing TDD/BDD best practices in a continuous integration environment.
- Experience with Cloud testing on AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with JMETER is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, experience with the Atlassian Development Suite (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket), Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience with automation testing.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies - often very quickly.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
