Job description
- The Quality Assurance Analyst within the ITS ecommerce team is responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of procedures to ensure successful QA test cycles for all projects. Seeking a person who is versed in developing testing strategy, executing manual and creating automated test scripts. He or she will review project test plans, facilitate integration testing, define and monitor all QA testing activities going on throughout assigned projects as well as provide timely escalation of any major issues that could impact or delay any given project. This candidate must have extensive experience in QA software testing. Candidates that have retail and/or eCom experience would be highly preferred.
- Manual testing (building test scripts and executing)
- Building test automation scripts usingSelenium
- Java/JavaScript for Test Automation
- Good Analytical skills, curiosity, someone who will dig in
- Working knowledge or relational databases and ability to interpret/write light SQL. DB technology does not matter (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Agile/Scrum SDLC familiarity
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Reliability engineering - RCA, troubleshooting
- Instana and Grifana
- General automation abilities (not necessarily test automation)
- General familiarity with Infrastructure concepts- application load balancing, firewalls, etc.
- Retail or eCom experience
- Experience with mobile applications
