Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a team supporting end of arm tooling, robotics, and automated assembly machinery. You will have the opportunity to provide input in process improvement initiatives and influence the manufacturing team for an exciting new project development launch.
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm (After 12 months 7pm-7am 2/2/3 schedule)
Pay: $30-40/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Set up robots, EOAT, conveyors, degators, secondary equipment, etc. and Performs robotic programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Document robotic application development and maintenance. Create backups to robot programs and parameters.
- Troubleshoot assembly equipment and other machinery including but not limited to pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers.
- Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system.
- Support automated machinery production runs by solving technical issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Responsible for training on assembly machines and robot set-ups.
- Ensure that work instructions are up to date.
- Order new parts and materials as needed.
- Follow all safe work practices and standard operating procedures. Identify unsafe equipment and ensure that equipment operates safely prior to line start up.
Requirements
- 6 - 10 years of experience in related field.
- Completion of an accredited two-year technical college program, or a four-year university program is preferred.
- Fork truck and Lock out Tag out Certification.
- Demonstrates abilities with 6-axis and SCARA Type Robots (Fanuc).
- Toolmaker/Machine Builder experience is a plus.
