Automation Technician - Roeslein

POSITION SUMMARY:

Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an Automation Technician I. Method Flow is looking for an individual who has the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, who is detail-oriented, and who has superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have the ability to meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
• Must have the ability to install automation devices on oil field equipment which include pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers (Solenoids), gas/oil/water meters, and ESD buttons.
• Skilled at the installation of steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings with the ability to cut and mount Unistrut. Pull wire, zip-tie piping, place and fasten in cable tray, dig trenches, and run wire as needed.Terminate wire into devices and junction boxes.
• Follow directions and ask questions as necessary. Keep in constant communication with the Automation Lead and advise of any issues that need to be addressed.
• Safely drive to customer locations and safely perform the required work.
• Responsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
• Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.
• All employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Domestic travel may be required.

• $27.00 - 30.71 per hour

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere.Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible.All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
