We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for automating test processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation scripts using automation frameworks.
• Analyze and verify best automated and manual test approaches and execute acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing.
• Record test progress and results, and develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Discover bugs within software and identify problematic areas.
• Conduct diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve automation strategies and deployment processes.
• Maintain and update automated test systems as functionality changes evolve the product.
• Manage the final quality on production release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience in software development and software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, JMeter, etc.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
