Role Overview:
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
- Design and execute test plans for regression testing and every three weeks during deployment weekends
- Participate in application planning meetings and daily scrum calls. Experience with previous CRM implementations (e.g. Salesforce, Pega) and working in an agile environment a huge plus.
- CRM/COTS Usage (Pega/Salesforce/COTS) – 1 Year
- Excel – 2 Years
- Test Automation, Selenium, Java – 2 Years
- Preferred – Automation Test Script Creation – 1 year
- Support the lead tester to plan, construct, and execute automated test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for the clients.
- Execute testing efforts by delivering application releases. Facilitate peer reviews and execute regression testing, functionality, and usability testing. Review the development process to ensure that defect tracking (identification, fixing, re-testing and migration of defects) is properly addressed.
- Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the overall team's test objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, application planning meetings and daily scrum calls.
