Process and Reconcile Invoices: Accurately process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payments in a timely manner.

Vendor Communication: Maintain relationships with vendors, address inquiries, and ensure all vendor accounts are current.

Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking departmental expenses and ensuring proper cost allocations.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payables transactions and supporting documentation.

Monthly Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist with Month-End Close: Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an accounts payable or related accounting role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with CDK strongly preferred.

Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
