Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Biller/Deal Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all vehicle sales transactions. This includes:
Preparing and reviewing deal documents
Verifying customer information and financing details
Calculating taxes and fees
Posting vehicle sales and reconciling accounts
Submitting paperwork to the SOS, financial institutions and other relevant agencies
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in an automotive dealership or billing department is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is an advantage.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculating and processing billing documentation.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
