Job Summary:

You will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to our customers by utilizing your compassion in a fast paced, detail-oriented, team environment. Every day is a new challenge!

Job Responsibilities:

• Have experience with heavy duty/ truck estimating
• Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner utilizing our computerized estimating system and management systems.
• Thoroughly communicate with each customer.
• Review the completed vehicle with customer to verify quality and thoroughness of repair.
• Prepare and submit all final bills and supplemental billings.
• Maintain a work environment that demonstrates partnerships, development and innovation
• Heavy truck parts/ materials knowledge is helpful
