Success Criteria:
- Three years or more of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell).
- Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR.
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills.
- Efficient multitasking abilities, even in a whirlwind environment.
- A cheerful demeanor with a focus on top-notch customer service.
- Self-sufficiency, motivation, and stellar time management skills are a must.
- Ability to handle computer hardware/software with ease.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Solid grasp of essential computer functions.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities in the Role:
- Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post-vehicle teardown.
- Ensure strict compliance with OEM repair procedures.
- Facilitate seamless communication with the parts department to resolve any issues.
- Work closely with production management to ensure timely repairs.
- Hold meetings with external field adjusters to discuss and review repair plans.
- Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and agree on estimated completion dates.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
