Job Title: EV Service Advisor

King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC, located on Route 347, Smithtown, NY, is seeking an experienced EV Service Advisor to join our busy family-owned shop. We offer TOP PAY for qualified candidates with General Motors experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with EV service inquiries and appointments.
• Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite software for service management.
• Provide accurate estimates and follow up on service progress.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with GM.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle systems and technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
